About Rotary

Rotary International is an international service organization whose stated purpose is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and to advance goodwill and peace around the world.

Rotary is a global network of 1.2 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.

Making a positive difference

Projects in which we are involved range from helping out at a local school to supporting one in Tanzania and assisting to build a hospital in Sierra Leone. Whatever your passion, in a Rotary club you will be able to direct your skills to helping others.

One of the best ways to find out more about us is to come to one of our regular meetings at either Warrawee, Killara, Pymble or St Ives. Alternatively, why not attend the Gordon Markets in the carpark next to Gordon Station and talk to a club member personally. The markets are held on the 2nd Sunday of every month from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm. Look for the Rotary Information stall near the entrance.
